Guest-ready linen without buying extra stock
Fresh linen has to be available for every arrival, even when booking levels change from week to week. Our linen hire gives serviced lets, Airbnb properties and guest houses access to hotel-quality stock without requiring a contract. A double-bed linen set with towels starts from £15, and we can prepare a personalised quote for different property needs. By hiring through us in York, you can match supply to guest activity instead of buying, storing and replacing every sheet, cover and towel yourself.
Choose individual items in the sizes you need
Our range covers bath sheets at £1.10, bathmats and hand towels at 80p each, laundry bags at 40p, tea towels at 50p and plain or micro-stripe pillowcases at 80p. Duvet covers cost £2.40 single, £2.60 double, £2.80 king and £3 super king. Matching sheets are £1.70, £1.75, £1.85 and £1.95. Tell us the bed sizes, towel quantities and turnover pattern, and we'll help you organise a practical contract-free order for the accommodation.
Frequently asked questions
Do we need a contract for linen hire?
No. We provide contract-free linen hire, so accommodation operators can request stock around their booking needs. Tell us the property setup, bed sizes and expected quantities so we can prepare a suitable quote.
What is included in the linen hire range?
You can hire sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases, bath sheets, hand towels, bathmats, tea towels and laundry bags. Bed linen is available in published size options from single through super king.
Can we request a complete bed and towel set?
Yes. A double-bed linen set with towels starts from £15. If you need sets for several rooms, different bed sizes or added utility linen, give us the quantities and we'll prepare a personalised quote.
